SEC On The Back-Foot ❕
18 U.S. states have jointly filed a lawsuit against the SEC and its commissioners, alleging that the agency is overstepping its authority and unfairly targeting the crypto industry under the leadership of Gary Gensler.
The lawsuit argues that the SEC’s strict crypto policies infringe on states' rights to set their own economic and regulatory standards for businesses and investments. According to the states, the SEC’s aggressive approach limits their ability to make decisions in their own jurisdictions.
The fact that Bitcoin is not pumping hard on the news of Gary Genser's potential resignation is a clear sign that we are nowhere near euphoria yet, and there is plenty upside left in the markets
Goldman Sachs X Bitcoin 🙏
According to the official SEC website, Goldman Sachs' filings reveals that as of September 30, the firm held over $710 million in Bitcoin spot ETF assets.
Goldman entered the spot Bitcoin ETF market in Q2, initially purchasing $418 million in Bitcoin funds.
As more and more institutional money flows into Bitcoin, the stronger the narrative becomes for prices to surge further, setting up the stage for a healthy price discovery!

Understanding capital rotation in crypto 👇️
Bitcoin Rise: Bitcoin rallies first, attracting initial capital.
Rotation to Ethereum: Profits flow from Bitcoin to Ethereum, driving ETH higher.
Large-Cap Shift: Gains from Ethereum rotate into large-cap altcoins, sparking their rise.
Small-Cap Surge: Capital then moves to small-cap tokens, creating a rapid spike.
Eventually, this cycle reaches a peak, leading to a market-wide correction, where assets typically crash 80-90% except for Bitcoin, which retains more resilience.
Currently, only Bitcoin has moved significantly, with most other assets near macro bottoms, making this a great time to accumulate altcoins. We are currently in phase 1 overlap, as per the image above.
As traders take profits from BTC, capital will likely flow into these other tokens, which, with their low market caps, could surge quickly with even modest inflow.
