Lets dive in.
📅 Today
Michael Saylor is set to deliver a brief pitch to Microsoft's board of directors, urging them to consider investing in Bitcoin.
He has been granted just three minutes to make his case, during which he will outline how adding Bitcoin to Microsoft's portfolio could make the company’s stock more stable and less risky.
Saylor had previously sought a private meeting with CEO Satya Nadella, which was declined.
While Microsoft’s board, comprising executives from firms like Disney and Citigroup, recommends voting against the proposal, a December 10 shareholder vote will decide the outcome, potentially requiring the board to publicly defend its stance.
Microsoft has a cash reserve of ~$88 billion, and even if a small percentage of this gets allocated to Bitcoin, that could trigger substantial capital flow, and enhance the confidence of sidelined institutions to invest into Bitcoin.
Is ETH Dead?
ETH/BTC has hit new cycle lows of 0.33 at the time of writing.
This means that ETH has continued to underperform against BTC for the past 3 years. With BTC dominance rising, ETH has been unable to cope up. To make things worse, SOL/ETH is also hitting cycle highs, which means ETH is underperforming both Solana and Bitcoin.
However, we expect this trend to reverse soon. The market will go low enough for everyone to think that ETH is dead, before the ETH tsunami kicks in, and leaves everyone sidelined because it will pump so hard so quickly.
Investing in ETH now at ~$3,000 seems to be a fair entry point, and ETH will likely pull off a massive rally triggering a major altseason in the coming few months.

ALT Season vs. BTC Season - A Quick Guide to Staying Smart
Here’s a key difference to keep in mind:
ALT Season: Happens when BTC dominance drops fast, with 75%+ of alts outperforming BTC.
BTC Season: When BTC dominance rises steadily, and BTC outshines most alts.
Right now, BTC dominance has been on a steady rise for years. In the past 30 days, 75% of alts have actually underperformed BTC, meaning we’re far from an ALT season, despite some recent hype around alts.
Avoid the FOMO
It’s easy to jump from one alt to another chasing gains, but that’s a fast track to losses—even if some coins go 10x. Remember, patience is key. Stick to your plan, preserve your capital, and your alts will shine when the time is right.
Stay focused, stay patient, and avoid the trap 90% of investors fall into in bull markets.
